Of course we hope you love everything you get from MSC, we know occasionally things just don't work out!
For IN HOUSE ITEMS:
Please send a message on our Facebook Page or email us at msckansas@gmail.com with the reason for your return, the order # and the purchase date. Our fulfillment team will reply within 24 hours. Returns must be reported within 10 business days, returned in original condition with tags, and free from odors/pet hair. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
Store credit will be added to your account once the item(s) are received back at our Waterville Warehouse.
All sale/clearance items are final sale and no returns will be accepted on these.

Returns will be accepted on unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving items and must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number. Account credit will be issued 5-7 days from receiving the return.
